AIAC Filters and Export

You can now filter your AI Agent Center questions by individual asker, group, and date range — making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for across your Knowledge Agent Q&A data.

Need to share that data with your team? A new CSV export option lets you download your filtered questions and have the file delivered straight to your inbox.

Date filtering is also available on the Sources tab.
