Why: I am part of our Community Management team and we own a large college for all product knowledge. We have this collection split into folders for the different areas of our product. Most of those folders align with our product teams/verticals. I want to be able to give a product team or individuals on a product team editing access to the cards within the folder related to their area of ownership, without giving them keys to our entire kingdom. I’m aware that I can split this collection into multiple collections to accomplish something similar, but that would result in a lot of collection noise. I think it would be great if there was an option for users to rate cards. The comment section is good for specific feedback, but the subjective feedback is lost. When asking about feedback I often hear "It's okay." which doesn’t help improve its usability. With an anonymous rating system more people would give feedback. With rating, authors can see in analytics which card is most liked and see how that card is written and designed, and try to use that as a guide for other cards. I feel a 1-10 star system would be best, as a 1-5 star system often end up everybody giving 1 or 5 stars (example: Amazon's broken rating system, everything under 4,5 is seen as garbage) The option to rate the card could be at the top, after "Comments", or at the bottom of the card. Somewhere fast and easy to use, not hidden behind a menu.

Surely it's been requested before, but it would be so helpful if, when we changed the title of a Card, the links on other Cards that directly referenced that name changed automatically as well. Alternatively, if there was a way to find a list of all the cards on which a specific card is linked, it would help us do this manually a little easier.

hi folks! has dark mode been suggested before? i just got a new giant monitor and am now blinded by Guru :laughing: (i use a chrome extension to make zendesk dark mode, if there's a setting or extension for Guru lmk if i missed it!) cheers

Something I've talked about in the past when speaking to Guru directly was the idea of some kind of find and replace tool for when terminology changes. Is this something other people would be interested in?

I'd like to create a card with a checklist for this person, and check every box in the Guru card. My current workaround is I've created the template for the card and I copy paste it into a google doc per person.

Originally submitted by: Joseph Reddy As a user using the Guru Browser Extension while working tickets in Zendesk, I would like to be able to minimize and restore (or collapse and expand) the card viewer window so that it doesn’t block ticket information. When I am working on a smaller screen, like a laptop, it can be frustrating to try and move the viewer around, or to close it and reopen it as I use information on the card to work the ticket. It would be great if I could click something to shrink the viewer to something much smaller (like maybe it displays only the top bar, etc), and then, when I need the card information again, I click again to return it to normal size.
